This competition-only product has been developed exclusively by the Akrapovič racing department, and it is designed to be used solely in combination with race-prepared Honda CBR600RR motorcycles.

This full system uses race-proven materials, with the muffler, link pipe, and headers constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium and a carbon-fibre muffler bracket to complete the ensemble.

Different high-grade titanium alloys with high temperature thresholds are used in each section to optimize performance, weight, and durability.

The distinctive hexagonal muffler is positioned under the seat, and it is sandblasted and coated for improved durability under demanding racing conditions. A special technique has been used to apply the logo, also providing a higher temperature threshold and enhanced durability.

Used in WorldSSP and national championships, this race-proven exhaust is fully compliant with FIM WorldSSP noise limits (107 Db +3) with tests carried out by Akrapovič engineers according to the FIM method.

This exhaust system does not fit on a stock Honda CBR600RR. It has been developed for the CBR600RR based on the HRC-SNG kit (Supersport new generation), which meets the requirements of the WorldSSP regulation.
