Titan slip-on som er CE godkjent, uten behov for øvrige modifiseringer. Bedre lydbilde, men heller ikke å glemme mer effekt/dreiemoment og redusert vekt.

This high-grade lightweight titanium exhaust system reduces weight by 31.8% (6.12 kg) over the standard stock exhaust, and it has been developed for cars with gasoline particulate filters. It is EC/ECE type approved. Complex parts have been cast at the in-house titanium foundry, including the exhaust valve housings and specially designed collectors. The main exhaust tubes have an increased diameter, and the system includes a special control kit, which uses valves to create a refined Akrapovič sound experience in all drive modes, delivering a deep and sporty tone. The system is finished with a mandatory set of either hexagonal or round carbon-fibre and titanium tailpipes (customer’s choice), both with integrated acoustic reflectors to reflect part of the external sound toward the cabin.
Power gains of 5.2 kW (7.1 hp) at 2,050 rpm and torque increases of 24.3 Nm at 2,050 rpm have been achieved when tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a BMW M5 with a standard stock exhaust. It is a simple plug-and-play installation, and no remapping is needed. When installing, the stock exhaust system must be cut. Please read the instructions carefully before starting the installation.
To further enrich the installation of the Slip-On Line (Titanium), Akrapovič has created several optional parts to complement the exhaust and increase the visual impact. Alongside the optional Tail Pipe Set (Carbon) with a hexagonal or round design, a hand-crafted Rear Carbon Fibre Diffuser and a Rear Lip (Carbon) are also available. An optional link pipe is available for those looking for even greater performance gains, along with the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit to control the sound, both developed for closed circuit usage. With the installation of these options, the EC/ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is no longer valid.

Dette anlegget passer i kombinasjon med original bakre diffusor, eller enda bedre med AKRAPOVIČ DIFFUSOR. Dette M5-systemet ble ikke utviklet med tanke på M-Performance diffusor. Installasjonen er mulig, men posisjonen er ikke ideell siden toleransen er under minimumsgrensen. Det er fare for at enderør og diffusoren kan berøre hverandre under vibrasjoner. Hvis Akrapovič-systemet er montert på samme måte som for originale diffusoren kan eksosrørene berøre øvre venstre/høyre hjørne. Men siden Akrapovic enderør er montert med en sfærisk skjøt, kan de justeres opp/ned og venstre/høyre. Ved å bevege de litt mot midten av bilen og nedover oppnås avstand på rundt 5 mm, noe som gjør monteringen mulig. Men den avstanden oppfyller Akrapovic ikke minimumskrav, noe som betyr at dette gjøres på eget ansvar, og som ikke er offisielt bekreftet av Akrapovič.
Eventuelle skader på enten Akrapovic produkter eller diffusorer vil og kan ikke være gjenstand for et potensielt reklamasjon.
