The most significant characteristics of this compound are its high friction and consistent efficiency, especially at high disc temperatures. These characteristics ensure superlative, consistent braking for the entire duration of the race and make the braking system much less prone to fade. At low temperatures the efficiency of this compound is limited and consequently it is not suited for road use.
