Utilising race-proven materials, this exhaust features a high-grade titanium muffler outer sleeve, a stainless-steel inner structure and link pipe, and a carbon-fibre end cap, and it includes a carbon-fibre heatshield, which provides an appealing finish and protects the passenger’s gear. Throughout its development, the engineers placed importance on throttle response and rideability, as well as designing it with durability in mind. Weighing 37.7% (1.4 kg) lighter than the stock version and with power and torque gains of 0.8 kW (1.1 hp) at 8,300 rpm and 0.9 Nm at 8,150 rpm, when compared to a Triumph Tiger 1200 equipped with a standard stock system, the exhaust serves up a deep and sporty sound. It comes with an EC/ECE type-approval certificate, and the plug-and-play installation means no remapping is needed.

This exhaust fits on GT and Rally versions of the Triumph Tiger 1200, and it is compatible with Triumph original side panniers.
