Crafted from race-proven materials, this exhaust features high-grade lightweight titanium and a handmade carbon-fibre end cap. The double-flow muffler with a coated outer sleeve and an engraved Akrapovič logo incorporates a specially profiled surface for additional strength and durability.

Lightweight materials provide a weight reduction of 35 % (1.5 kg) compared to the standard stock exhaust system. Power and torque have been increased by 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 7700 rpm and 1.1 Nm at 2500 rpm when compared to a BMW R 1300 RT equipped with a standard stock exhaust and tested on the Akrapovič in-house dyno.

The system delivers a rich and full sound. The engineers’ goal was to maintain a sound level that does not diminish the enjoyment of driving on longer trips. This product is EC/ECE type approved and compatible with BMW Motorrad side cases. The plug-and-play installation means no remapping is required.
