This system is built using race-proven materials and inspired by Superbike Championship exhaust systems. The complete muffler is constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium and features a sandblasted coated finish for increased durability and easier cleaning. The stylish appearance is further highlighted with a handmade carbon-fibre heat shield.
The system weighs 1,8 kg (35,3 %) less compared to the standard stock exhaust system, and it delivers a deep, sporty sound. Power is increased by 2,1 kW (2,9 hp) at 12500 rpm, and torque is improved by 1,6 Nm at 10000 rpm when compared to the Aprilia RSV4 equipped with the standard stock exhaust system and tested on the Akrapovič in-house dyno.
The exhaust system is EC/ECE type approved and compatible with Euro 5+ motorcycles equipped with two lambda sensors. Installation is plug-and-play, with no remapping required.
