This product has been developed exclusively for the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP by the Akrapovič Racing Department and HRC, solely for installation with the HRC kit for the CBR1000RR-R (SC82/2024+) motorbike and designed for use on a race-prepared motorcycle at competition circuits only.

This full exhaust system is constructed from race-proven materials, utilizing high-grade lightweight titanium, with a high temperature threshold and employing different alloys to optimize each section of the exhaust in terms of performance, weight, and durability. The muffler is sandblasted and coated for enhanced durability under the most demanding racing conditions and finished with an aluminium black-coated muffler bracket, a carbon-fibre heatshield to protect the rider’s gear, and a logo that has been applied with a special technique using new technology to counter higher temperatures and increase durability.

It features exhaust flanges cast in the in-house foundry. It complies with noise limits (107 dB +3), with measurements carried out by Akrapovič engineers according to the FIM method. This exhaust does not fit on a stock Honda CBR1000RR.

Please note that this product does not fit when used with Suter swingarm. As a spare part, we offer an optional link pipe that is compatible with Suter swingarm.
