Akrapovic slip-on system er basis eksos for denne seneste GT3 utgaven. Når eksosbytte begrenses til slip-on + adaptere kreves ingen omprogrammering av ECU. I kombinasjon med originale grenrør må adaptere benyttes. Disse kan ses montert på slip-on systemet på et av bildene. I kombinasjon med titan grenrør (avbildet) utelates disse adaptere, men da må også ECU omprogrammeres. Se disse under "tilbehør".
Slip-on/adapter kominasjon gir tett på 15 HK økning som mest. Redusert vekt. Lydbildet endres fra 97.2 til 101.3 db.
Slip-on kombinert med race grenrør gir 20 HK økning, 4 kilo vektreduksjon, og løfter lydnivå opp til 107.3 db. Reneste F1 lydbildet med andre ord. Krever ECU remap.

Developed solely for the 911 GT3 RS (992), this high-grade lightweight titanium system is sandblasted and coated for durability. The completely new design includes twin tailpipes, with the outer shell coated and the inner sleeve featuring six imprints to match the six-cylinder engine, with an engraved Akrapovič logo to complete the visual effect. The housing of the exhaust valves – which have been tailored perfectly to the gas flow to produce a smooth, rich tone at normal cruising and a sporty sound experience at higher revs – and the collectors in the muffler are cast in the Akrapovič in-house foundry. When combining the Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) with the Slip-On Race Line Adapter (SS), the weight is decreased by 20.7% (3.5 kg) against the standard system and performance sees an increase of 10.4 kW (14.1 hp) in power at 2,600 rpm and a torque rise of 38.1 Nm at 2,600 rpm when tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992) with a standard stock exhaust. This system is intended for use on closed-course competition circuits only because it is a racetrack-oriented part. No remapping of the ECU is required.
This system fits also on vehicles equipped with Otto particulate filter (OPF).
If fitted with the stock headers in place, the system requires the P-CP034 Slip-On Race Line Adapter (SS) as a mandatory part for installation.
For clients intending to install the complete exhaust system, the E-PO/T/9 Evolution Header Set (Titanium) must be ordered separately.
Please notice that you may need to order new original Porsche V-clamps that fix the link pipes onto the headers, in case they are damaged during the removal of the stock exhaust.
